Evan Parthenis

Director, Marketing Experience

Evan is Head of the Marketing Experience team at Cisco, charged with delivering a world-class experience to our Marketing workforce. Evan previously led the Demand Generation team in Marketing IT where he was responsible for Cisco.com, Social Media Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

Prior to joining the Marketing team, Evan led Social Collaboration platforms at Cisco where he was responsible for connecting Cisco's workforce of over 100,000 people with the content and information they need to be successful.

Evan was also accountable for defining and driving the strategy of how Cisco manages, secures, and supports over 200,000 desktop and mobile devices. Evan orchestrated Cisco's Post PC strategy and was instrumental in the creation of its original Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program.

Before joining Cisco Evan worked in the Finance, Media, and Consulting sectors. Evan has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
